When instructed by your Talon IT Technician, click on the “START REMOTE SUPPORT NOW” link below to start a Remote Support Session.
The Remote Support Software is easy to use and safe. If you are concerned about the safety of allowing Remote Access to your computer, please read the section Safety below.
NOTE: Only run the software when requested by a Talon IT Support Technician. When the Support Session has finished, close the application by clicking the X in the top right hand corner.
There are three layers of protection to the Remote Access Software. The Remote Access Software is only accessible while it is running. Each time the application is started you are issued with a new Quick Connect Password and you have to click on Allow Remote Connections for there to be a Remote Support Session established to your computer.
