Adam knows his tech inside and out, and is happy and eager to assist with even the most minor computer issues. The incredibly high quality of his work is beaten only by his professionalism, approachability, and his prices - I would gladly pay a lot more for even half the thought he puts into his service.

My power supply died.Adam said he would have it ready in a day!Most places say maybe a week.He done a check over, repaired it and all is great again.The best part was the price.Very reasonable

This bloke knows his stuff. He was able to retrieve data that had been deleted from our recycle bin. I didn't know that was even possible. Great job Adam, thanks again mate.

Went to Talon IT after my gaming rig didn't turn on. Had already ruled out a ram, PSU, or CMOS or Bios issue, and was really only interested in knowing which of either the CPU or motherboard was broken. Unfortunately, I explained this to Adam but clearly there was a misunderstanding. He called me up the next day explaining that he couldn't get the PC to work. He had simply tested everything I had already tested, and not actually tested the motherboard of CPU because he didn't have spare parts to do so. I explained my dissatisfaction, but unlike other big name companies, he was more then understanding and acknowledged the mishap. He stated that my happiness as a customer was more important, and gave my PC back without payment.Although I wish he had explained that he wouldn't be able to test the PC properly at the beginning, I am more than impressed by his attitude after. He acknowledged a mistake like a professional, and treated his customer, me, with the utmost respect.Even though my PC wasn't actually tested in the way i wanted due to a misunderstanding, its an asy 5 stars just for customer service, and professionalism.

I came to Talon IT through the yellow pages. My first contact was by phone, Adam impressed me from the start. His positive attitude was reassuring and that is how my experience with Adam began. Adam was able to recover and repair my computer from what was a major disc failure. Further to that, on a phone call, Adam connected to my computer and rectified a mess I had made with .wps and open office files. He knows what he is doing. Thanks Adam!
